Frequently asked questions

Can I change my order?

We do our best to print and ship your order ASAP, so we may not receive your change request before the order has shipped. If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try our best but we cannot make any guarantees.

How do I choose the right size?

Each item description provides a size chart. Not every tee is the same, so please read recommendations for each product. On listings that contain measurements, please note that width is measured from pit to pit and length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom. If you need sizing recommendations, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

What's the best way to care for my tee?

Our products can be washed and dryed on the regular cycle. However, to preserve the design as long as possible, we recommend washing on delicate and tumbling dry on low. Designs printed on 100% cotton may appear slightly faded after washing—this is the cotton fibers underneath the ink that tend to stand up after being placed in the wash. If ironing is your thing, please don't iron over the ink. It may melt!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns, but you can exchange unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of your order. Please complete the contact form to setup the exchange. It’s not as exciting as a hostage swap in the dark of night on a bridge in Moscow, but it won’t be as painful either.

We do not accept returns on home goods or sale items.

How long does it take for domestic shipping?

It takes from 2-7 business days to make your custom-ordered product. Most orders are created and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive within a week once shipped. Please note that if you select 'priority' shipping at checkout that this relates to the shipping time and not the production time. We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, but please allow extra time during busy holiday shopping times and on special occasions like Mother’s day.

What do I need to know about International shipping?

We also ship internationally to everywhere in the world. Please note that shipping cost is for postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country. Most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Six Eighty & Co. has no control over this.

We do not accept returns due to customs, duties or other fees calculated by country.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Everything we offer is printed on demand, right when you order it. For this reason we do not offer refunds. Please double check your order before completing. Contact us if you have any questions before you place your order.

Shipping Notes

Aside from tracking info, once your package is shipped we have no control over the route or time it takes to be delivered. Our items usually arrive quickly without any issues, but sometimes they wind up in Kalamazoo. We get as frustrated by this as you do.

We cannot accept responsibility for a package where tracking shows it has been delivered but has been presumably stolen from a mailbox or doorstep. Please make sure the address you provide is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer yours.
