When you submit your order, the Oompa-Loompas start singing and dancing and roller skating and printing so fast we can’t stop them.

Ok, so maybe this isn’t the chocolate factory. But everything we offer really is printed on-demand, right when you order it. For this reason, we don’t offer refunds, but we do offer exchange or store credit. Please double-check the size guides before you order, and contact us if you need help with sizing.

Frequently Asked Questions

We do our best to print and ship your order ASAP. So if you request a change, we may not see it before the order has shipped. For this reason, we do not allow order changes. Of course, please contact us and we’ll try our best but we can’t make any guarantees.
We do not accept returns, but here’s our exchange policy. You can exchange an unworn, unwashed shirt within 30 days of your order. Please contact us to set up the exchange. It’s not as exciting as a hostage swap in the dark of night on a bridge in Moscow, but it won’t be as painful either. We do not accept returns for home goods or sale items.
  1. Place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange (please make a note of your new order number).
  2. Send back your original item with a note that includes BOTH your original order number as well as your new order number.

  4. When your item is received, we’ll process a refund to the same payment method used to place the original order.
  5. Please consider wrapping your item in tissue paper or a bag so that it is not damaged during shipping. We will not process a refund on any item received that has been worn, washed, or damaged.
  6. We are unable to process a refund on an item where an alternative order (exchange) has not been placed.
Just can’t decide on a replacement? Is your size out of stock? Waiting for something new? No problem. We can generate a coupon code for the value of the item(s) and you can use it for any future purchase. Just follow steps 2 – 5 in Exchange Instructions above. Include a note with your return letting us know you’d rather have store credit. We’ll email you the code when we receive your unworn, unwashed, undamaged shirt.

Please follow the instructions above for these two options. Please double-check your order before completing it. Many shirts offer size notes, and please review our size guides.
We do not have a personal relationship with UPS or USPS. It’s not like we can text them and ask what’s up with your package or whether they are slow today because they overslept and there was a huge line at the coffee place. Aside from tracking info, once your package is shipped we have no control over the route or time it takes to be delivered. Our items usually arrive quickly without any issues, but sometimes they wind up in Kalamazoo. We get as frustrated by this as you do. We cannot accept responsibility for a package where tracking shows it has been delivered but has been presumably stolen from a mailbox or doorstep. Please make sure the address you provide is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address.
It takes from 2-7 business days to make your custom-ordered product. Most orders are created and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive within a week once shipped. Please note that if you select ‘priority’ shipping at checkout that this relates to the shipping time and not the production time. We do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible, but please allow extra time during busy holiday shopping times and on special occasions like Mother’s day.

We ship internationally to almost everywhere in the world. Please note, the shipping cost is for postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in your country. Most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year, and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; Unfortunately, Six Eighty & Co. has no control over this. We do not accept returns due to customs, duties, or other fees calculated by your destination country.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your shipper if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Please contact us directly with any issues.
